Tree Felling
Tree felling needs room and a plan suited to the property. Our local family business serves Timaru and South Canterbury, with Matt discussing the tree, access and working space before the approach is agreed.
Tree Felling in Timaru and South Canterbury
Tree felling is a way of bringing a standing tree down where the tree and site are suitable. The amount of open space matters, alongside nearby buildings, fences, other trees and access. A rural setting does not automatically mean a clear working area.
Start by showing Matt the whole tree and its surroundings. Tell him about the boundaries and the result you want. The approach should be agreed for that site; a tree in a confined area may need a different removal plan.
Our tree felling page helps you prepare that conversation. For the wider scope of removing a tree, including the finish and remaining stump, see the tree removal service.
