When you submit a quote request, OT's Trees collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, optional email address, property location, requested service, preferred reply method, and description of the work.

Why we collect it

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the proposed work, arrange a quote or site visit, communicate about scheduling, and keep an appropriate record of the request.

How it is handled

Quote-form submissions are stored through the LogicFlow Design Builder and may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website and respond to the request. OT's Trees does not sell the details supplied through this form.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for quoting, service delivery, record-keeping, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted or de-identified.

Access and correction

You can ask about personal information connected with your enquiry, or request a correction, by calling or texting Matt on 027 470 8269. Reasonable identity checks may be required before information is released or changed.

Technical information

The website and its hosting providers may process basic technical information, such as request logs, browser details, and security data, to deliver and protect the service. Any optional analytics or marketing tools should be disclosed here before they are enabled.
